  • Orders: Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Your order will be processed as soon as possible, but please note that some items may take additional time to ship.

  • Refunds and Returns: Due to the nature of the products, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, if there is an issue with the product upon arrival (damaged or incorrect items), please contact us within 5 business days for resolution.

We offer a variety of art and design services, including but not limited to commissioned artwork, design consultations, and custom projects.

  • Commissioned Artwork: If you commission artwork from Scarletchild or Chelsea Bernhardt, you will receive a custom piece based on the agreed-upon specifications. A deposit may be required before work begins, and the final payment will be due upon completion and prior to delivery.

  • Design Services: Our design services include but are not limited to graphic design, web design, branding, and other custom projects. Each project will have specific terms and pricing, which will be outlined in the service agreement.

By using the Website, you agree not to:
