Many items may take up to two - three weeks for fulfilment, and once the item is with the delivery service it is out of our hands. Please make sure to order items well ahead of time for delivery. Delivery timetables will be available well before the holiday season to ensure your product arrives in time. If you have a special request for a delivery date, please contact us before purchasing to discuss with us - sometimes we are able to meet your delivery requirement.

While many items will return periodically, most items (including limited runs of prints and other merchandise) will not return. Originals of course will not be reproduced and once they are sold, they are no longer available.
