By paying the deposit you are agreeing to the terms specified in the original commission order as well as terms discussed through email. Forfeiture of the order will not result in a refund of the deposit, and will be retained by the artist in order to cover any work and time that has already been put into your project. The artist has the right to post all versions of your completed order to social media for promotion upon a determined date agreed upon by both parties (if applicable). Tax will be collected on both portions of payment. If you would like to avoid this fee, you may organize a time and date to drop off cash payment to the artist.

All handpainted items come with free touch ups for LIFE. Just pay for shipping and I’ll take care of the rest (labels, touch ups, etc.)
